I booked my xmas 2008 flights and car rental to Orlando with you, as I have done many times previously.
Unfortunately on this most recent trip my outward Virgin flight was delayed by 24 hours at the last minute. As well as being upset at the fact I was losing a days holiday, I was panicking about how to let the car rental people at Orlando airport know I would be a day late.
I need not have worried as one phonecall to yourselves on the afternoon of Saturday 20th Dec.from Gatwick was all it took. I spoke to Kate who completely reassured me and promised that she would contact them for me, and in fact called me back within minutes to say this was done and the car would be waiting for me when we arrived the next day.
I myself am a manager in the service industry and very infrequently do we get an official thankyou. Kerry was courteous, knowledgable and empathic to my situation and dealt with my problem with great efficiency for which I am very grateful.
Please convey my thanks to her and pass this e-mail to her managers as she is a credit to your company.

Just got back from Florida this morning after an excellent 10 days in Fort Myers at the Wellington Lakes house you arranged for the four of us.Everything was spot on, car (van) was great,and the flights on Delta took off and arrived exactly to schedule.

Just a note to thank you very much indeed for all your organisation with our flights. Everything went like clockwork we were transferred by minibus from one terminal to the other and didn't even have to go through check in we were given our boarding passes at the transfer desk. The luggage went straight through to Orlando from Edinburgh and the same on the return. Fly Be honoured the transatlantic weight and we had no problems whatsoever. I cannot thank you enough as it meant so much to me to have everything go well. We had a marvellous holiday with wonderful weather and our stay at Reunion was excellent in every way. Thank you once again.

I was wanting to book a holiday for my husband and myself for next week, to go to Las Vegas and then on to Nashville Tennessee. I found Charter Travel, along with many other travel agents, by searching the internet.
After receiving information and prices etc. from other travel companies, one young man stood out to me and that was DANNY, from Charter Travel. As well as giving me a good price, it was his helpfulness that was second to none. He stood out from the other companies.
I would just like to say, that we have been travelling abroad for well over thirty years and have used many travel agents during that time, but I have never come across such a helpful young man as this. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for him. He is so patient and has gone to the limits for me, putting our needs as his first priority. I cannot praise him highly enough ! He is an outstanding young man and an absolute asset to your company.
I felt that this young man deserved recognition for a job EXTREMELY WELL DONE. Needless to say, we have booked with him. There is no better and no cheaper way of marketing / publicity than that of personal recommendation. I will most definitely recommend Charter Travel and especially Danny, to my colleagues, friends and family. Well done and a huge thank you to Danny for all his help.
